I was in Kiev for almost one week and I really loved this city. I met people by using Couchsurfing and also, when I went to restaurants wearing the Jersey of Peru, they recognized it and we had a good conversation. You don't need to learn either Russian or Ukraine because most of them spoke English very well. Well it's optional. But I travel alone with one backpack and it was amazing. I am going to come back and two years with my parents. By the way, most of the things are cheaper. Don't use taxis, use buses or trains because you'll live a good experience. 😊

We exchanged phone numbers. Really nice people. BTW Younger sister has a better taste - a least in clothes :P
High heels can be difficult to walk in. I like some high heels as long as the heel part of the shoes aren't too small and narrow. The more small and narrow the high heel is the more difficult they are to walk in and makes it easy to trip.
