Why would you use unstable divine elixir in LOO if you can't use heals in dage?

Because we actually did heal on Dage for the extra dmg buff.
If you boost your healing done, you will deal less damage with your heals.

You can use it without dauntless. You use other enchants besides hp vamp like valiance, praxis and smite. Just rmb not to use skill 3(lifesteal) when 'Unleashed Doom' (Activates on Skill 5 with 10 stacks of Doom) is active as it can give HoT on yr lifesteal which is not ideal in case Ultra Dage just dealing too much on you due decay and his own attacks

After doing 2 cycle of this combo it will making the doom unleashed, so after empowering it use this next
(2-3-5-4) unleashed doom
Then cycle.
