I cook with my back door open, to let out the hot and our dogs go back and forth while I cook. I laughed when I heard you dog digging in the bed, our little one does that too. This bolognese looks wonderful! My hubby loves spaghetti and sauce. Have a good week!

I really enjoy your videos. You seem to be a confident Home cook that doesn’t need to measure everything. I made Bolognese sauce for my brother over the weekend. It was pretty much similar to your recipe. I don’t like mince myself. I just forgot about the stock cube will remember for next time, thank you.
I loved seeing your final harvest. Your garden is the thing of my dreams! Thank you. It was lovely. Would be even better with some home grown. My carrots and toms did okay this year but everything else seemed to take ages or not take at all. Still, try again next year! 🥰
@@soniabarry3822 Yummy, I love turkey mince too. Especially in the summer months. Makes it a nice light meal. My rice pudding varies depending if it's over or slow cooker. I prefer the oven which is: 1 Pint Milk 1 Pint Water 1 Cup of Pudding Rice 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 TSP cinnamon 1 TSP Nutmeg. Cook on 150 covered for 1 hour. Uncover. Add either condensed milk or cream and some extra milk if dry. Cook for a further half an hour and serve!
@@soniabarry3822 ooh yes I have. I do a slow cooker on that has evaporated milk in. So sweet and luxurious. Like the idea of a carrot too. Gives it a bit of bite. 🥰

I grow my own veggies (or try to) and i use my tomatos n veggies to make sauces 😋

Hi I use minced turkey of chicken in my spag bol as I don't eat red meat but yours looks lovely. I'd love your recipe for rice pudding please .

I add a large grated carrot into the veggies adds so much flavour.

Not bad if I was to make only 1 criticism,, is i would have used at least 12 or higher % fat beef mince, i could say more but i, ll behave 😁👍
