That rulebook is a rare bit of the history of Star Wars Roleplaying games.
I should actually actually give it a read, I'm curious to see how the game works.
I bought this at a yard sale a couple years ago. Finally getting it out of storage. Only to find no instructions! Thanks man.
Awesome find, bet you picked it up nice and cheap. It's obviously not screen accurate but I think it's fun and I was glad to add it to the collection.

The battle droids and Jedi would definitely make a nice display for sure. Downside to all these sets is the space......look foward to that Sail Barge booklet review...i bet it is full of info we haven't seen before. You have less than a year to make space for probably the biggest display you gonna ever have! Good luck with that.
Haha yeah, speaking of space, the Sail Barge......... that's gonna go on top of my computer desk, but then I have to move and find a home for the 6 inch Tie Fighter/Rey's speeder/Luke's landspeeder, first world problems to be sure!

Now that is cool..although if that was screen accurate it would be even bigger..cool that you got a Reek. My sound doesn't work on mine and I think you're missing a chain around its neck..is there a droid factory playset that adds to the bit out the back?..I remember seeing one of those..a very cool pick up..very Large pick up..cheers
Yeah it takes up a bit of space but I like it. There's a small droid factory section that came with the set and attaches to the rear (it's there in the video somewhere) but I think there were additional pieces that came with other figures that could be attached too.

Yeah it makes a pretty good diorama or display piece. Definitely be patient, hunt around and you'll probably find it nice and cheap!

Just some friendly advice, if you do a review, do some research so you know what all the features are. Also if you do an unboxing, show the contents and if you don't assemble on camera, then assemble off camera, and show it assembled. You didn't mention that the playset is essentially 5 settings.
For example;
1. the frontside represents the arena. Several 2002-2004 figures include accessories designed to "build out" this playset. Like Barriss Offee, and Coleman Trebor have bases that clip onto the arena floor section as extensions, while Padme(Arena Battle) and Obi-Wan Kenobi(Acklay Battle) include two more additional pillars(not pylons).
2. The backside represents two settings. On the center and right is the droid factory with a clip on piece of the conveyor belt. Additional figures extend this as well. Basic figure Padme (Droid factory) along with Deluxe figures; C-3PO(w/droid assembly line), and Super battle droid builder(w/droid factory assembly mold) all connect to this. The retracting platform is meant to be where Padme, Anakin, Threepio and Artoo all enter the factory and drop onto the assembly line.
3. The backside left is intended to be the holding cell where Dooku interrogates Obi-wan. A piece was cut from the budget of this set. The projector and energy field Obi-wan was held in, was later included with the ToysRus exclusive Jedi Warriors 4 pack. Alternatively the same section could serve as a backdrop for the Geonosian War Room sets 1 and 2 and basic figure Wat Tambor.
4. While the Cardboard backdrop section has one side depicting the opposite wall of the arena, another piece cut from the set for budget reasons was a geonosian sonic cannon. It sadly never saw release but would have helped flesh out this area. The opposite side however has a section designed to attach to the deluxe Yoda vs. Super battle droid to create the hangar wher Dooku battles Anakin and Obi-wan and later Yoda.
5. The last sections of the cardboard backdrop are designed to act as a battleground for the escalation battle between the separatist droid army and the Republic clone troopers. Sadly most of the figures required to flesh out that display would not be released min this particular line of figures. Toys from the first Clone wars line and the 2006 saga collection would provide most of the figures for that.
Lastly, a good review would not include holding up the game book and a statement of "I don't know what this is". A quick google search would be able to answer that question before you start filming.
UA-cam is competitive but these are the kinds of things that make a great review. I already knew all of this but was disappointed that you didn't mention any of it. Even if you have none of the items that go with this piece, it is helpful to viewers to mention it. Like I said, just constructive criticism, not intended to be mean at all. Thanks.

I don't consider myself a "reviewer", I'm just a collector who wants to share his toy collection with other collectors on UA-cam (although I'm sure I've used the word review in some video titles). Additionally, telling the audience that you're not sure about this or that can encourage people to leave comments and increase participation. Additionally, I most definitely do not want to go through every tiny little detail and create 20 or 30 minute videos, I know I don't have the time or the desire to watch toy videos that long and I doubt most people do either. I'm not try to compete with the big toy reviewers and every other bazillion small toy reviewers on UA-cam who do virtually exactly the same type of video as each other, I'm just trying to share my collection.
@Cantina Creations I am not entirely certain as I don't actually own the Geonosis playset, so I only have available online pictures to go by. I cannot say exactly where the figure bases connect to the playset's floor section. Barriss Offee, Ayla Secura, and Coleman Trebor's bases all connect to eachother however. They may jut be intended to be a separate extension of the arena floor since the playset does not represent the entire arena floor area, or perhaps they attach to the background cardboard section that has a molded plastic center. One side represents the arena with a down scaled representation of one of the monster doors. The other represents Dooku's hangar and connects to the deluxe super battle droid' base. How tall is it with the top spires on and off?
it is 335 mm tall with the top spires off and 368mm tall with the the top spires on. Let me know if you need to know it's width/depth and or weight.

You will have to get some of those packs but the 2002 versions are the ones you could use this
I need more AOTC Jedi, more Battle Droids and some Geonosians to display with this thing.
