On this episode of Tea With Tay, Temisan is joined by Korty who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry as one of the most talented and ingenious UA-camrs ever. However with a background in Computer Science, graphics designing, storytelling and video editing, Korty not only wants the world to know that she's more than a UA-camr but a filmmaker, but is also set on becoming a superstar in that scene. Born Eniola Olanrewaju, Korty takes us back to her days before the fame, detailing her childhood in Ibadan when she struggled to make the right impression on her friends and peers, as well as her academic struggles till she discovered her knack for designing. Korty also recounts her days in the modelling industry as well as the content creation space first at Zikoko, then at emPawa Africa.

Tay's point at 3:30 is so deep. "Korty is a vehicle for who Eniola really wants to be". I immediately thought of music artists like Drake and J Hus. Their stage names is a more extroverted, confident of their more introverted and quiet "real life" identities. Thinking about it more, I wonder if they would be able to have achieved the same effect by using their real name. E.g. Someone like Kanye West who's stage name and government name is the same. So his stage presence and real-life presence are more similar. Is this true for other artists? e.g. Taylor Swift.
