Hot Pandesal on Wheels

I was surprised to see today, morning of Friday, August 25, along Maharlika Road, Upper Bicutan, Taguig City, Metro Manila. It's a "Hot Pandesal on Wheels". The motorcycle driver and vendor of the Rolling Hot Pandel with Malunggay Leavee, Joshua Arrozas, said he's doing the rounds of some Taguig City barangays (villages), selling the ultra-popular hot Pandesal, a staple of Filipinos' breakfast. "My boss has five of these rolling pandesal store,"Joshua tells this hot pandesal lover. It's certainly a creative and innovative way of doing entrepreneurial activity, at least for hot pandesal.
