      Be moderate in your consumption and track what causes an outbreak for you. Mostly refined sugars are things I would stay away from

    Hi love your voice very informative. However I do think you have your information a little mixed up. Foods that are high in lysine consist of red meat chicken pork fish so on and so forth. I personally am a pescatarian due to the fact that being a vegan doesn’t help with the amount of nuts that have to be substituted for protein. But I can say that since I’ve been on a pescatarian diet with this high lysing count I have an experienced many harmful or painful outbreaks. And there are eight different types of herpes, shingles, Epstein bar, Mono, etc. I like that you’re giving information out on herpes we all need it especially coming as a black woman but a little bit more info can be very helpful to people who are just now being diagnosed with this. 😌✨

    • @silentlyflourish
      @silentlyflourish  3 роки тому +5

      Hey, Where is the mixup? I am sure that I said that red meat and dairy and fish and eliminating that would be best. Also, Everyone is different so it is general information which isn’t a one size fits all. I do have a few more videos coming out about the different types of herpes. I am choosing not to stuff so much information into one video because it is a lot of work on my end as a content creator and I’ve noticed based on my analytics that people don’t watch longer videos so I keep that in mind while creating. Thank you for your comment Taytu

      Sorry, I’m saying that the foods you listed to avoid are actually once’s that people with HSV Can and should consume.
      www.myfooddata.com/articles/high-lysine-foods.php
      This is a list of food high in LYSINE and it’s steak, meat, king crab, tofu, chicken, and so on.
      I understand that most info out here may be a little confusing but I just wanted to point out what I considered misinformation. And I misspoke into my mic in my first comment. I HAVE NOT had not experience any painful or harmful outbreak since on a pescatarian diet, the taking of lysine tablets, and antivirals.
      I watch your videos when I was first diagnosed and felt comforted so I just felt like I had to say sum. I also understand the use of analytics when it comes to making shorter or longer videos, but there’s more then 3 types of herpes.

      @@taytuhinds1032 thank you for the clarification! The foods I cover in this video are high in arginine content. I didnt address lysine in this video. According to my research and the 8 laws of health removing sugar, caffeine, chocolate, and red meat is good for your overall health apart from herpes. Some people may not even be aware of those foods. Peanuts may or may not cause outbreaks in some, but according to my research its for the best to eliminate in the beginning.
      As far as the types of herpes, that'll be addressed in a future video since this video only spoke about foods to avoid. I will make sure to include more information about the 8 types of herpes in the description bar. If you have any more suggestions, I am open to it! Also continually check in with your doctor as I am coming from a natural health educstor perspective and not a medical perspective

      The hormones found in red meat foster the growth of the virus. Some people do fine with red meat so I would say to really experiment with your body and see what triggers you

      I diddnt had herpes often but other skin outbreakes because my liver couldnt handle all the toxins from food etc.
      Its not only about what we eat...breath, sun, food, selflove, sleep and not being stressed out 24/7 are all factors we have to keep in mind when it comes to self-healing.

      I'm currently considering the pros/cons of exercise during an outbreak, from a standpoint of "will sweating and the moving around of my package while exercising, help the virus spread around my package (fluid movement from heat, sweat, clothes rubbing). What other pros/cons might I should think about while exercising with an outbreak. You've already destroyed L-arginine dependent diet in this video. Good info, I will look for ways to reduce my L-Arg in intake.
