  • Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Ron Suskind began his career at the Wall Street Journal in 1990 and then became senior national affairs reporter in 1993. In 1995 he wrote two articles on an inner-city student in Washington, D.C., who had aspirations of attending MIT. These articles earned him the Pulitzer Prize for Feature Writing.
Since leaving the Wall Street Journal in 2000, Mr. Suskind has written articles for the New York Times Magazine and Esquire. Among the subjects of these articles was the George W. Bush administration, which led to a series of books on the inner workings of the White House in both the Bush and Obama administrations. The Price of Loyalty, The One Percent Doctrine, and The Way of the World all addressed aspects of the George W. Bush administration, while Confidence Men took a close look at the first two years of the Obama administration. Mr. Suskind has been interviewed about these books on numerous national television programs. Mr. Suskind’s most recent book, Life, Animated, was published in 2014 and is a memoir of 20 years of life with the Suskind family’s younger son, who was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3.
