In this monster fish catch and cook:
We first catch live bait. We will be using this live bait drifting the bottom for grunts and amberjack. Monster Amberjack to be specific! I'm already tired thinking about catching monster fish! This is upper keys fishing at it's finest. So here we go, time go to fishing in Key Largo! And I try to make it a how to catch snapper and how to catch amberjack video. I add a lot of fishing tips, let me know if you find them helpful while fishing in Key Largo. Boy I love Florida Fishing!
We start drifting the bottom while offshore fishing just east out of john pennekamp here in Key Largo, Florida. It doesn't take long before we hook up bottom fishing. Not too long and we catch a monster grunt! Wow, this White Margate got me excited. I haven't seen one so big yet. I wonder how grunt tastes when it gets this big?
This monster grunt is in the cooler and ready to be a catch clean cook but before we start our catch and cook we have more fish to catch! I try some vertical jigging and it's not long before I hook into a almost monster amberjack! Later in this fishing episode I catch the monster amberjack!
This catch and cook snapper episode is also a catch and cook grunt episode. We cook both snapper and grunt. Mutton snapper and white margate to be specific.
I do leave a lot of tips on how to catch snapper. I explain the rigs I am using while bottom drifting and drifting live baits. I show how to catch amberjack on a vertical jig. We do this over rocky bottom or over wrecks you can almost always find some nice amberjack. This is actually the first monster grunt we have caught on the South Florida Fishing Channel. I love Monster fish!
I hope you enjoyed thisMonster Grunt! White Margate Catch and Cook in Key Largo Florida fishing episode on the South Florida Fishing Channel. Please leave a like and comment to show your support. Thank you!

Hey, guys! I just wanted to thank you all for having such a well-rounded structure to your videos wherein, as with this amazing episode, you show us the process from catching the bait to just riding through the channels. You don't rush the show. I genuinely appreciate that and I am certain that there are several others of us who feel the same way. Continue to be awesome on purpose!

What I was thinking before you even said it was dry that if you would have just taken like a spoon and just added a little bit of water to the cooktop toward the end it would have cooked it faster and cook the inside without having to cook it too long

I would like to meet you one day and maybe hit the water. its Ben a while. oh and by the way you're channel is the one that keeps me up at work lol I do grave yard shift so I have nothing but time to spare at night when it gets boring so keep up the good work buddy and congrats on the new place down in the keys

Very impressive teqnique on the cast net!
OK, I'll be the expert commenter - lol. Don't secure your hook onto the rod's guide ring. Hook it onto the guide frame instead. The guide rings are lined with ceramic material. One chip and the mono fishing line begins to shred against the razor sharp nick in the guide.
    The more you know.
And, break those ice bags open. Fish is much better preserved when surrounded by ice instead of just laying on top of a bag of ice. Properly preserve your catch after spending som much time, money and effort to get it.
I will give you props for bleeding them right after catching!

Just got back from pensacola, first time ever fishing saltwater. Slayed the Spanish mackerel, they were really fun to catch. Also slayed some sail cats and I don't care what people say, they are delicious. I wish I could have kept all the red snapper I caught. I learned alot from your videos although I butchered just about every filet job lol.
