That looked freaking amazing! The big ribs on a burger can kind of look gimmicky but the fact it looked so fall off the bone and delicious makes it not gimmicky if that makes sense. Amazing job Max!!!

And no chips 😜. 15 minute time limit is pretty intimidating though 😅. Then again, that pancake stack with less cream than Polo Bar also looks pretty sweet. Much as I love Polo Bar, it’s nice to see a pancake challenge for the more, uh, lactose challenged among us 😅.
Since there were no fries, I thought you'd get it done in 10 minutes due to having to chew all that meat. The burger looked good though. Good job taking it all down when it was so hot. I could see the steam coming off of it.
