ADHD hack: increase the play speed. I usually watch ASMR at 1.25 or 1.5 times the normal speed. It keeps me engaged and entertained more and therefore leads to more relaxation! 🎉

I just wanted to say, I saw your color-ball-sudoku video a few weeks ago and it blew me away-- I've never understood sudoku, and you made it seem so easy (not to mention it got me back to sleep at 530am so I was well rested for work a few hours later). I went out and bought a book of sudoku the next day and I'm OBSESSED. so thanks for the new hobby :)

I’m sorry, it took me some time to also figure it out, and i felt while filming, i had explained it even though i didn’t. Basically, each row and column can have the number only once. And the more blocks there are, the more numbers are there (except for the cases of missing blocks). ♥️🥰
