Today I investigate TikTok's Latest Trend- Buying and Unboxing Unclaimed & Undelivered Mail from WiBargain. This box costs $100-$125 and contains 10 unopened packages! Is it worth the money or is this the worst Mystery Box Scam we've ever seen? All views stated in the video are my opinions based on my experience opening this box & as a customer! We all use "used" items when we eat at restaurants...plates, utensils and glasses. Let's hope they are very clean when we do use them lol. Good finds though.

Right?! I always think it's so funny when people make a big deal about thrift store dish/tableware. If it's dishwasher safe, just run it through and it's perfectly safe. Or hand wash with soap and hot water👍
Exactly what I was thinking. And really, things in restaurants are used by hundreds of different people, and something you get second hand is going to be used by like one household? So really, it should be more disgusting to eat at a restaurant lol.

if you eat at a restaurant you are drinking from a cup that has been used several times and "washed" several times a day. So I think thoroughly washing and sanitizing the cold brew system and using it will be ok.

Do you ever eat out? You know restaurants don’t start with all new plates, cups, silverware etc for every guest … using a ‘used’ pitcher is no different than a cup at a restaurant…

Those packing peanuts are made from corn starch, I believe, which makes them non-toxic. But the coolest thing about them is that if you put a drop of water on the end or dip the end in a glass of water, you can stick that piece to a dry piece. So, basically, just using a little bit of water makes it gluey! You can build stuff!

Honestly, I don't think that shavers and other bathroom related items should be allowed to be returned. That's like buying used panties, I DEFINITELY would never wear used panties, so why would I want used razors that are for your who-ha? ???😨😲
I grew up with four sisters and we were all the same size and we legit didn't have our own clothes or undergarments just a bunch that we shared, of course they were clean and we were family but I never had new underwear 😢

Some people buy stuff on Amazon to replace parts of something they already have and return the broken piece or completely different model. 🥴
you never know with returns. people do impulse buys in the middle of the night then regret it once it comes or they don't like it once they use it and return it.

I know someone VERY cheeky, he gets amazon returns, anything broken or has missing parts he will order that item from Amazon, then return the broken or damaged item. Then he sells everything including the amazon replacements in his resell stores. If it’s something cool he wants or needs, he of course keeps those items.
But anything broke is returned & replaced... it’s very cheeky, but it works every darn time. He just says he removes any labels or barcodes before returning the defective items.
I work in food service. So the rule with food is smooth washable surface. Meaning it can be cleaned and sanitized. So all that is perfectly fine to clean and would be sanitized. Totally okay to use. Even the bikini trimmer.
Keep the waffle maker! Belgian waffles are the best! I have the same one and it’s fantastic!! I’ve had it for 11 years. Some people return those because they think they leak, but they don’t. People usually put too much waffle batter in. It took me a good portion of my adult life to perfect using a waffle maker. 😆 You’re the best Bunny! 😘😍
I agree. That waffle maker has not been used. It's just oil to lub the hinge. And, I think Bunny would love belgian wafflers. Waffles and chicken!!! Also, there are lots of things you can make with that maker too.

So I'm right there with ya on the used shaver. I literally ordered one on Amazon about a month ago, wasn't stated as a return. Got it and it was in the package backwards, said to my husband "I hope this isn't someone's return" opened it and there was hair all over it and the packaging so I did my best not to vomit, repackaged it and I myself did an Amazon return with it.
So hopefully it doesn't end up being sold for a 3rd time.

If you wanted to try the cold brew, you can use a mason jar with a lid. You might find you like cold brew better than just coffee on ice.

I have my great grandfathers tea mug that he got made for him for a wedding present in 1890 thousands of my families lips have been on it and its now in my cabinet and I only bring it out to use for winter when its extra cold and I put a cap of whisky in a hot tea xx
Realistically it's no different than eating at a restaurant
The only way I'd keep a used shaver is if it could be sterilized. I wash new clothes from the store because you don't know if someone went commando to try on a pair of pants. Underwear, bathing suits, and pants could have things on them from other people you don't want on you.
I occasionally use my guys beard trimmer/shaver on my chin and remove head when done and rinse with alcohol - sterilized and clean

This is exactly what crossed my mind as well.
she gets these things to donate to less fortunate people but dishes and stuff can have imperfections that collect germs and pieces of whatever food or drink so you cant completely clean everything perfectly clean and i dont think shes expecting everything to be used or woren and returned stained like clearly you got a good use from it before returning and shes just a bit grossed out to have a greasy waffle iron like they didnt even clean it before sending it back plus shes a germaphobe so seeing the bad condition things are in is just extremely awful to her

Since it is a box they specifically sent out to you, they may be the ones who opened the box to make sure they sent you only working new products with everything included.
That is what I thought when I saw the shaver reaction or that it was just opened to look at the pieces. I sterilize a beard trimmer my guy uses with alcohol after i remove the head.

Sweetie, have you ever purchased an appliance? As an example, the waffle maker. They frequently come with oil/lubricant on the metal joints to not only protect them, but to lubricate them. It’s as easy as soap & water. I didn’t see a thing in that box that someone couldn’t use. Soap & hot water are great things. As for the Brita, the pitcher may be cracked, but the filter is where the value is & trust me, someone would love to have that filter; as they’re expensive.
The waffle maker is fine your worried about the oil they put on the hinges before original packing

The OXO concentrate coffee maker is one of my husbands favorite coffee makers. It makes excellent coffee and its so easy to use! I believe that it's dishwasher safe. Just pit some foil over the top when you put it in the fridge.

Cold brew is not just iced coffee, it’s basically a coffee concentrate and you can make it cold or hot. The process can make the coffee more smooth, less bitter and less acidic. You would need to add water to it for hot and then ice,creamer and flavorings for iced. Because it’s a concentrate, you don’t want to drink it straight. Also, that could just be hinge grease on that waffle iron.

Belgium waffles are usually round and they are thicker than regular, thinner, square shaped waffles.

Scary story: one time my dad got an iron (not to be named) and he used it one day snd left it on the ironing board and it was unplugged but it was still hot and just overheated and started smoking and nearly caught fire! He had to run it outside!! So scary!!

There is such a thing as electronics boxes.
They tend to be more valuable & as such tend to be more highly sought after.
They're also currently harder to find.

I think you'd be surprised the things people will reuse and the britta filters themselves aren't too expensive but still someone might pay a small price for it in a thrift shop
you should try to find a liquidation store. Everything is in original packaging so you can see what your getting

I dont have a dishwasher so I keep steramine quarternary solution tabs (If you work in a bar they are the dip used that kills literally anything on glass) its pretty cheap for a bottle and my dishes get sanitized..(barware gets washed in a sink...not a dishwasher a lot of places).makes a ton of solution and it works if you dont like strong smells..you can use it to sanitze bathroom surfaces..you can also use it to sanitize fabrics that cant handle bleach.
