Sup milt, you big ole pimp! I actually was surprised as well! I think the sledge has more for sure but needs better setup on tires and esc for sure. Fireteam bare bones stock mos def performs very well and can achieve higher speeds! Be well- 🤝💪🏎💪💪🤝
Both beasts, but that Fireteam is haulin’! Helps that it doesn t seem like the tires are ballooning very much. But, 57 stock on the Sledge is no joke either! Well done Moe.
Philly, what’s up my man! Fireteam mos def stock configuration handles speed a lot better than the sledge. 57 with the sledge stock surprised the crap out of me. The unboxing it only did 55 with smc lipos. It did 57 with hrb batteries against the kraton in that video. Sledge hammer tires just to soft for high speeds. Good all around tire though. Thanks buddy! 💪🤝🏎🤝🤝🤝
@@moerc fireteam is the best driver I've ever driven, but if you lower and change to rear felony dboots all the way round, she acts like a frisbee, and wants to float around at speed. Definitely a challenge with the almost 14lbs weight out of the box, no. Aerodynamic body and wide stance, but she can do speeds, trust me.
Lol, totally agree! Accept it is kind of curved so very to hard to get the right angle for a straight run. Other than that, very nice and wide open! Appreciate you being here! 🤝💪🏎💪💪💪
Take off the roof, and remove the men and the arms, and put rear dboots from the felony all the way around. I hit 69.9, but gunned for the camera and ripped free. Lower the shock towers. She will do better than 70. Fastest one I've seen is 76, and I'm faster than that now.
@@moerc I hit 83 on it yesterday, and still smoked the tires when I went to floor it from 3/4 throttle. On the current gearing, it should be between 104 and 120, but I haven't been able to calculate for the wind resistance, and 14lbs. The felony is 3.7lbs lighter at 10.07 lbs, and runs the same electronics. As far as I've seen online, mine is currently the fastest. Many parts are interchangeable. The felony drive line is geared differently than the fireteam, and is also stagg red front to back, because it's running staggered tires. That's why I recommend rear dboots all around. The hardest part for speed is the weight and wide stance, but you have more room on interior to change it up.
Very true my friend, I just like to do things as stock then make gradual progressions to the config. Gives, people a good idea of what to expect from stock going forward as well. Appreciate you cruising by and sharing! 🏎🏎🏎🤝🤝🤝
@@billyjones589 Fireteam is cool as hell! Different than the Mojave for sure. Wider Stance, makes it handle a lot better vs the the Mojave. Both rigs are fun as hell, for sure. I think is it is maybe 500 bucks right now with the sale going on at horizon hobby. Pretty good deal for a 6s 1/7 scale RC
I was shocked with the results thanks for the Run Arma fast

@@miltbuiltrcMBRC sick man, and congrats! Cant wait to see it in action!
Put some street tires on it and put a sway bar kit on it it will help it a lot on the sledge
Thanks buddy!
@@moerc you’re welcome and you can make that go 80mph on the sledge
cool vid bro i never knew them speeds with the fireteam!
Appreciate you cruising by and sharing!
The Fireteam mos def got some high speed ability, especially for a 1/7 scale large RC!

@@phillybrc very very true! LWB for the win!
They actually balloon quite a bit, and the 70s she is skating.

Hey you can make sledge go 80mph I’ve seen it with the bigger motor and 22tooth pinion gear and max 6 esc. Sledge is the fastest
Heck yah!
Thanks man!

Whata your set up with the fireteam?
Gearing is 20t pinion and 46t spur. Other than the gearing it is completely stock!

You need belted tires, can't be doing high speed runs with out them or you will never know the full potential of your rig.
