I couldn't find canned crab meat here in Australia. I used canned tuna instead and it is yummmmm!!

我以前都有整過，買隻溫哥華蟹拆肉（好多肉，又易拆）來做，非常好味，是一味很受歡迎的頭盤，當中我會用芫荽代替蕃茜，是個人口味而已。

I bought the rectangular metal prep plates at a shop called Luen Pun 聯品 in Kowloon City. As for the bowls, you can find it in many houseware shops
