Very sad to read about the queue hopping. It's starting to become more of a trend around some of the popular parks in Europe and it annoys me to no end. There seems to be a lackluster attitude of park security as well to do something about it. I would be happy if they would hang up camera's in the queues, have a free number you can text about people misbehaving and that people get thrown out of the park when they are.
If you want to jump the queue, get a fast pass. If you can not afford one or don't feel like getting one don't act like you're above the rest of the paying customers.
Edit: Would have appreciated a wander into the merchandise shops, for some reason there's very little focus on these.

This was the most extreme case of queue hopping I've ever seen. Not only 1-2 persons, entire groups of 4-6 teenagers!
I do agree with your suggestion of having a number to call or text. Because otherwise there is really no way of informing an official while being stuck in a queue.
I tend to forget the merch shops because I'm not a big merch guy myself but I will try to remind myself the next time I'm filming. ^^
