I just realized the reason why levi was late to the party. That's because he ate dinner with Erwin first. Erwin felt bad for turning down levi's invitation so he teased him about how the scouts got diarrhea before so that levi will hesitate to eat at the party. Hence, they can eat together instead lol
So basically,
Levi: you don't wanna come with me? Fine. I'll go on my own
Erwin: I'm sorry. But we can eat together before you go
Levi: okay then
