I can see this with my daughter. She started classes at the Aveda Institute yesterday. She's super excited plus anxious. Going to school full time and working, plus she's house sitting the next few days for a lady that has 4 horses, 3 dogs and a cat that all need medications. ( She has no experience with horses.) I felt this in several ways. Sitting in a car jam, crying of helplessness that I cannot move away from city so that I broke and picked up my ex calling. Which was wrong and unhealthy.
And also I helt a long overthinking conversation to my friend a few hours ago. - What to do to move forward and not to turn back in old dumps in several ways.
