  • Hello my new friend😉👐
    In this video, I will show you, how to paint purple smoke in watercolor. At first, I got carried away with drawing a sketch (with a simple pencil), and then I decided that I needed to give it color with watercolors.
    This is a long video of watercolor smoke painting.
    It is easy watercolor smoke tutorial, you only need to repeat everything after me.
    I love to paint illustrachion in watercolors, but transparent watercolor is my favorite watercolor technique.
    Drawing them is more like meditation)

    Hello friends! In this video of painting smoke with watercolors, I increased the speed 4 times. Set the UA-cam speed to 0.5 to make it go slower or X2 to make it fast. I will be grateful for your support and comments 💜🤍

      Thank you, my friend. It's not difficult at all. It's all about time. You need a lot of it. Each layer of watercolor must dry...

    Yes, I supposed one need to let the painting dry to add the strong color, either in Acrylics or oil as well as the watercolor. It's a great idea! 👍! Thanks again!!😊

    Hi Lola, it’s very original and extremely well realized. Could I suggest that you show your reference for the next watercolor?

    Have you tried to paint the same in oils? I was wondering 🤔 how it would look in oils... I think that I am going to try it 😊. Did you take a photo of a smoke before painting this purple smoke? You did a magnificent job 👏 🙌 thanks for sharing your talent with us 😊

      thank you, I haven't tried oil, because I'm allergic and even watercolors give me a rash on my hands(((Reference photo in the description)

    how is Japanese watercolour set different to normal set we use? Do you get different effects?

    • @Lolaaquarella
      @Lolaaquarella  2 дні тому

      Yes, it is different. The video doesn't really show the difference. But the shades are simply magical, no other paint has them. They are ideal for translucent techniques. If you create such a shade yourself, the color will still not be so pure, since it will be a mixture with different grinds and very often such a mixed shade separates into separate fractions. And these are ready-made shades with ideal grinds in Japanese set. I can describe them in a few words - languid, delicate, transparent

    Chère Lola, ce que vous faites est absolument magnifique mais pas du tout pédagogique pour une débutante comme moi . Je préférerai une vidéo explicative de 10min avec votre voix expliquant vos gestes, l’eau, etc. C’est malheureusement ce qu’on trouve majoritairement sur UA-cam.

      Mon cher ami. Malheureusement, je ne parle pas anglais (je ne peux écrire que du texte. Mon microphone reste en Ukraine. A vrai dire, je réfléchis depuis longtemps à la manière de commencer à enregistrer ma voix avec une explication et je ne le fais pas je sais même comment le mettre en œuvre
