i was at the gym with that legpress machine. its not 45 degres angle witch make it much easer to lift . i was supprised when i used it i could lift like 250 lbs more then the legpress machine i use when i at home. but 400 kg is good anyway.

its hard to say. but it doesn't look like this machine have 45 degrees angle. and as you probably know its much harder to push up in a 45 degree angle then 35-40 degree like this machine have. but i can be wrong it might look like 35-40 degree but in fact it is 45.

I've moved on from this machine now anyways, as you said an angle influences how much weight gets pushed. Now i just squat, no ifs of buts on it.

I like leg press machine much better than squats. it's much easier to push to the limit. and you don't need to attend so much focus on the correct form. but i also do squat but most of the times is my back that make me stop if I do deep squat. I can see that you locking your knee joints at the end of the repetition. I advice you strongly to stop doing that because it puch to much stress on the knee joint and you can get injures and you can in worse case scenario break it.

smiffo lycan yeah I'm more powerlifting focused now that's why, leg press as a bodybuilding exercise only. And yes I only realised after i recorded myself that i was locking my knee 😣. It's been fixed now tho. Thanks for the heads up.
