The Simon Neil screams are legit. Is he not even a metal vocalist? Cos they sounded incredibly raw and true expression of a scream
They have some heavier stuff in their early discography but definitely would not call them a metal band. Simon is an insanely unique vocalist, really fun to hear this side of him.

@@mansonsacidtrip6862 There's No Such Thing As a Jaggy Snake, Cop Syrup, Bodies in Flight, Toys Toys Toys, The Go-Slow, Kill the Old. The band has definitely never been metal but a lot of grunge and heavy rock influence in their discography.

Nobody is talking about how intricate and beautiful Sam Carter's writing and vocals are. They really make this song. Simon is a good addition and all, but Sam really drives it home for me.

Best song on the album. As a huge Biffy fan (yes all their albums haha) Simon’s screams gave me CHILLS, I just sat there, jaw hitting the floor. Plus we’ve finally got some Sylosis esque riffage which is awesome. Yeah overall, best song on the album. With Impermanence, Discourse Is Dead, Demi God and An Ordinary Extinction.

When I first read this song title back when the album wasn‘t released yet, I thought „Damn that‘s gotta be a massive banger.“
Then I realized that Simon Neil from Biffy was gonna be featured so I reckoned it couldn‘t possibly as heavy as the title suggested.
Then I heard Simon scream like an animal and fell completely in love with this album.
So this song was both impressive and refreshing and then the 3:00 screams begin. Holy ****. Song suddenly got lifted to a whole new level.
I’ve heard so many people say that Simons screaming sounds crap but I honestly think it’s epic x

Remember listening to the album at 3am for the first time all the way through, had high hopes for this song in the build up to the album. Heard the start of Simons but and was like “okay, still good” then the screams hit and I lost my shit, goosebumps every time
