- Music from the ever epic 2D fighter, Vampire Savior/Darkstalkers 3. This is Demitri Maximoff's theme. It's a pretty good theme, although not my favorite in the game.
I don't use Demitri a lot, but he's pretty cool. When he says Demon Cradle it sounds like he's saying "RIBOFLAVIN!" And what's up with his Midnight Bliss move? Does he like sucking the life outta helpless girls? XD
I guess it's part of being a vampire.
Oh, and Demitri would SO own Stephanie Meyer's lame vampire, Edward. Demon Cradle owns sparkling in the sun, lol.
If you play Demitri's three themes back-to-back they create a 3-phase boss track.

This game has lots of nice themes.
Demitri may be a sleazebag, but you gotta admit he's got a damn good theme.
Probably my favorite stage in the game. The dancing vampire couple in the background, the vampire lady with the mask that morphs into a bat and flies around the stage, the fat lady, and that weird ass little kid on the stairs staring down like O.O
Cool ass theme too.
This theme really says Halloween to me :)
I think Howling Moon or Queen of Rose does it better
Even when Halloween encroaches this year, still stays true.

best main character in a fighting game
As a character, yes. as holding the title of it.. Morrigan has out shadowed him sadly. she is just like scorpion from mortal kombat in that she isn't the main character but she is the most popular.
Except in darkstalkers 3 - Where Morrigan takes the main “protagonist hero” role and is the one who defeats Jedah, via Lilith fusion

@@Biggrittz A darn shame too, many find Demitri to be "plain" among the Darkstalkers cast, but I think that's a testament to how amazing all of the character designs are. But yeah, Demitri has unrivaled levels of cool to me anyway, especially for a main character in a fighting game. If you ask me I'd say he's wayyy better than Morrigan as the MC given the story of the series.
I always thought Jedah's ending was canon in DS3 because it was setting up the events for the next game. Where does it say that Morrigan's ending is canon?
The intro is pretty much Final Fantasy's + Castlevania's.

i love beating demitri to this music on his stage with J. Tailbain.
Thats Demitri's AHUKEN. I love that move. Oh, and his special move where he turns his oponet into a women and sucks the life from them like an Inqubus.

@LordAzanko What sucks even more is how lazy they were not to include Hsien Ko's sister Lin Lin during her Dark Force Lv. 2 special or show Lilith when Morrigan does Silhoutte Blade.

@Jalen66 Sasquatch was actually pretty cool (no pun intended), though I didn't really use him enough to even learn his style of play, or even how to use him really badly, lol

Actually, that's more SNK. Don't forget, they're the ones that used the same sprites for fifteen years. Aside from Athena and the occasionaly changeup in Kyo's attire.

Vampire Savior: Better Game
Vampire Hunter: Better Music
I do love this theme however, though I prefer Demitri's theme in Darkstalkers 1. Most of the songs in this game are very slow paced and don't really sound like Fighting game Music.
Go listen to Skullgirls' OST, you'll see that a fighting game doesn't need fast paced music to have a good OST
Terry Nashter Already have (both played the game and listened to its soundtrack), still not a fan. I don't necessarily think having slow music makes its OST _bad_, to me it just feels... out of place, and would be better suited if it was another type of game. And personally, I liked Skullgirls as a game but it's OST wasn't exactly my cup of tea. Nothing much wrong with it, just didn't leave a lasting impression to me.
I respect your opinion though.

Good comparison but we're not in the same catagory.
But then they don't have to put that attack into the game. It wasn't in Night Warriors, and he was still pretty cool then. :(
