Perfect! Worth every second of the 19:19 minutes.
Yes thicker chunks of carrot are needed here when cooking over 20 minutes. They'll hang on a bit longer. 👍😀
The only things I would add are celery and a diced deseeded tomato. O and a couple of buttered slices of a crusty artisan bread on the side.
I made a garlic, herb and carrot, red wine lamb 4 quarter chop casserole last week.
Over 3 meals it was served with mashed potato, chips and rice. It went a long way.
Thanks for another wonderful recipe and ninja one lid demo today Lisa. Cheers 👍🤤😀🇦🇺

My mom had one in the 70's that use to chug away ....she was always scared of it. But the new modern ones are perfectly safe. Thanks Annette

I think I make a really good beef stew. But after watching your video I am totally trying your recipe🤤. I recently bought the new ninja foodie smart lid and I absolutely love it. Today is the first day of fall and I’ve already started my sourdough bread items and soups lol. So this is definitely stew season and I can’t wait to try your recipe in my ninja foodie. Yes this is my favorite time of year❣️❣️❣️

Is this the ol701 model? I'm guessing so since it has the Auto release.
Is the recipe anywhere for us to print it off?
