Question: you put the potatoes in uncooked. Would that not have left them too hard to eat or did you pre boil them?

Hi there, I cooked the potatoes. At the beginning of the video I cooked the potatoes first and add the cabbage once the potatoes were almost completely translucent. The potatoes turning translucent indicates that it’s almost done.
