It feels so good to get our battery system installed and hooked up. This is the first time we've run a power tool off of our solar power. With eight panels and two Bluetti towers, we'll be able to pull in a max of around 3000 watts total in full sun. For anyone else living off grid or in a skoolie, how much solar are you using? Do you think our system will be enough to run all of the modern conveniences?
why do off grid people use solar. because the cost of running power to remote places, if the electric company would do it would be int the price of starting at 100K,. thats if they would even do it for you.
@@magnoliathebus monthly bill is still cheaper than the loan payments for the system. dont forget the 6% interest every month. remember the 9 - 10 year pay back, that amount dont include the thousands in interest. so the real payback is years longer.
