- I previously consider that loan is dependent on transaction and civil score. But it is not like this. It depends upon your relation and behaviour which is I think biggest drawback of this system. They prefer to give loan to their relatives and the person who bribe them.Explained in this video

The manager is very patient and tolerant. If someone comes and wastes the time of a banking employee with such discussions, I would not find it a correct approach on the part of the customer.

Your video is misleading Arif jee. The Officer is explaining to you that the person's likeability depends upon his financial behaviour and financial character. If a person has clean record, the bank will support.
This guy came with an intention to defame the manager and bank but unfortunately the manager behaved like a true professional. It's a shame bankers face this kind of people on a daily basis whose only job is to harrass hardworking bankers.

Yes this is true. It is not wrong at all. CIBIL score and Salary Slip are all just factors included. The main thing is how much the bank trusts you when it comes to timely payments. This is the main criteria.
very genuine discussion put forward by the BM. I am a banker too. Documentation comes at a later stage. But its all about trust factor. Appraising the loan isn't easy...
BM is right and explained very lucidly everything. If BM is satisfied about the genuineness of the person then he proceeds for further process .
