No even in the first Thor movie, Odin tells both Loki and Thor that they're destined to be kings, takes them both with him to show the Frost Giant artifact. Even Odin says later he's his son, and frigga says Odin didn't tell him the truth as he didn't want him to feel left out. Odin made a mistake by hiding Loki's identity as it made him even more bitter, considering already Thor was extremely talented and he was always overshadowed by Thor. But apart from that, Odin treated Loki with equal care as Thor as all other things point to that in the MCU
