I prep and broil/roast 30 lbs of onions for a dish I make about every 3 weeks ... 15 lbs yellow and 15 lbs of red.. I turn on my adjacent kitchenette ceiling fan on high, my oven hood fan on low and I have the onions soaking in water in one side of my sink to rinse and then keep all cut onion halves in the other side of the sink. Oh.. I also turn the cut open faced onions turned down into the water. I also wear glasses to correct my vision... not those goggle thingies And no tearing or anything..

Put the onions in the fridge! Cold onions - no tears. This guy should know if he wrote a book.
Idk... I cut cold onions out of a walk in refrigerator at work everyday and it is brutal I cry everyday.🤔😢😭🤷♂️
Goggles probably help if you work in a restaurant and have to chop tons of onions.
And who paid for this crap
