Rolling Stones are the kings of rock and roll, hands down! Blow the doors off the Beatles (who are the kings of pop), and set the stage for so many bands to come later.
There were The Rolling Stones ( one of the OG bands from the mid-60’s, British, contemporaries of The Beatles and STILL performing now) and Rolling Stone Magazine, THE arbiter of the whole rock scene and popular music in the late 60’s and 70’s. For a band to get their picture on the cover of Rolling Stone …,, well, it meant they had finally made it.
You’re right, thanks for being honest. it’s a really good song but not Top 100. Not even one of the Stones best songs either. And I just realized I’m wearing a Rolling Stones T-shirt 😎
Just noticed how tinny sounding this song is. I had to pull up my copy to see if it sounded this bad. It does. Exile on Main Street never was a favorite album of mine. This is one of the few songs I liked. Exile and Sticky Fingers are on most Stones' fans list of favorite albums. I never did get this.
@@debjorgo nice yea i love aftermath, it always felt like an early exile as in a whole bunch of different rock and roll blues styles, flowers is a great compilation and i like some girls too though its funny i always thought THAT had that sort of thin or tinny-ish sound, still good though
Old Stones BEST STONES 😎
this song is still GREAT IMO
Nah, you bugging, this is a great song. Great lyrics, performance, and arrangement. The big-sounding chorus is great at parties or concerts.
One of the greatest Stones songs

The song came out in 1972. Great guess Justice ✌️✌️ Fantastic reaction to a fantastic song 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Mick Taylor's bass line is enough to make this among the finest works the Stones created...all the other elements just seem to gel around it.
I had that album, and it's never been one of my favorite tracks on it. It's so-so, IMO.

You are really good at guessing the year.
100-15
The Rolling Stones are awesome
There’s fever in the funk house now
Rolling stone was a magazine who also ranked alot of songs not affiliated with the group.
You really need to pull up lyrics on your phone. I bet you did not know half of what he is saying. Epic track.
Checkout the movie Almost Famous. It will give u alot of context on rock n roll, the rolling stone. And the term groupies 😂
Legends!

VERY GOOD song. and why not Sympathy for the devil or Paint it black....so many choice after 60 years of music!
No, the website is from Rolling Stone magazine. Nothing whatsoever to do with the band.
There’s very little resistance
to that Charlie groove,
simple as…
Dude, you was bouncing from the second it kicked in

@@harryfromaustralia657 I like Aftermath, Flowers if I can use a compilation or Some Girls.

Agreed that this is a good basic rock song. Lots going on. No need to highly rate this song.
Good basic rock. Really good. But The Stones had many that were better. Gimme Shelter being a standout. And Sympathy for the Devil
I agree the Stones had so many better hits than this. Sympathy for the Devil Wild Horses to name a few of my favs ❤
Meh. Not in my top 100 even of the Stones songs. Great reaction from you though.
