Pile 3. I have been stressed about a certain person/bully in my life again...my mother...I must be in the queen of swords energy towards her and cut off her draining energy from my life.
I can't believe this. I picked pile 3 and my new manager just told me I won't be getting promoted if I don't do certain things to boost her ego.
My old manager just left few weeks before the performance cycle and she'd always tell me you'd be promoted to next role and you're doin a great job. A years of hard work, and I mean I literally worked 15-16 hours is gone to waste now. I'm in tears since evening. And I realized I have made my work a major part of my life.
I don't know what will happen in the future. I hope I figure this out. The work environment has become so toxic in such a short time.
