Really relaxing, it helps calm down after having a bad day like I had at work , still a little upset, I don't like people getting into my face and yell at me, very unprofessional way she handled the situation, I was in tears, it still upsets me I suffer PSTD and have Asperger's, this beautiful music helps me calm down and relax !
