2 HOURS. That's how long you could be waiting to get a seat at this establishment. It's because they host one of the best, if not THE BEST, galbijjim (Braised Beef Short Ribs) in San Francisco. The large stone pot, dolsot, holds this MOUNTAIN of boiling & sizzling short ribs filled with vegetables, a thick delicious & spicy broth, and topped with FLAME TORCHED CHEESE! This place is perfect for groups, and if you have a big competitive-eater-like appetite. The Regular could easily feed a group of 4! Don’t be fooled, it’s instagram/tiktok worthy, but there aren’t lines just because of the looks, it’s possibly the best Korean dish we’ve ever had!
