@@TheTayraPerezProject I’m having trouble getting the dowel through as it’s a super snug fit and won’t twist into the other side. I’m nervous to keep drilling to increase the width as it can cause the wood to split.

Great job! So smart to put the tent in the hallway! I made some tents like this for my daughters 12th birthday sleepover and the kids LOVED them!! A few of the girls even took theirs home after the party! I put some hot glue on the bottom of the boards so they wouldn’t slip on the hardwood. ❤️

I am so confused about the size of the boards. I didn't see wood boards that were the length she mentioned in this video. Did you have to cut the boards? She didn't say that she got them cut. Can you halp?

I am in tears...and I was pleased to see it did work out but giving God thanks as I been waiting for someone to post a video making these as this new slumber party theme is hot right now an leave it up to Tayra to pull off an inexpensive hack! Whether it works or not keep posting as we LOVE ur ideas!!
Hi! I sure did. Not the first time I've used this technique, so no worries...And they're still standing! You can also use another wood strip across the back legs as stated in the vid. And by the way, now that I've had them for a couple of days, I've noticed that the strings of fabric are only needed on slippery floors. Not needed over carpet at all. Glad you enjoyed the vid. I want my tent to be a little higher. Can I drill my hole 3.5 inches instead of 6 inches from top. Will this throw things off too bad?
