I do realize being raised by a single mom is probably why but you and your husband are awesome parents. That’s awesome that she gets her owns supplies! Our school requires boring basics & everything is shared amongst the entire classroom. Takes all of the fun out of it. For her shoes (& anything fabric, really). Have you tried Tuff Stuff foaming cleaner? It’s in a giant, metal yellow can. It’s in the automotive area at Walmart. That stuff is *AMAZING* on shoes & bags. I just shake the can really well. Spray it on. Let it do its thing. Machine wash gentle cycle (in a mesh bag) cold then air dry. It’s really cheap, too. Under $5 last can I got. :)

These are such lovely supplies I love Harmony's choices. I normally love school shopping but this year my children (5 and 4) have 18 textbooks between them to buy not including the notebooks etc. I don't even have the supply retirements for my teenager yet. I sure miss back to school shopping, one just graduated and my youngest is going into grade 11 and actually she likes going thrift shopping, I give her my bank card and away she goes with her friends. Great back to school haul! Things have changed since I was a youngster, we were only allowed to wear certain colored shirts, the school colors 🤮 it so much better now 😊 she’s going to be styling that’s for sure 🤗

Wow school starts early there, in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦, school let out June 27th and will not reopen till day after Labour Day in September. I remember the days of back to school shopping, my youngest will be in gr 12, goes to a Catholic high-school and has a uniform, he still has all his older brothers uniform stuff, so I won't need to worry bout clothing to wear after school till the fall. And at this point I have such a stash of school supplies I won't be doing any back to school shopping in August. Love your videos ....

You are sooo lucky to be able to choose the school supplies. The schools around here are sooo rigid about folder colors, pencils, crayons, etc (MUST be the specific colors of folders, MUST be Ticonderoga pencils, MUST be crayola crayons/markers/color pencils).
The folder colors help the teacher organize and the name brand pencils and markers, etc ensures that the quality is predictable. Not as much fun to shop, but really helpful in the classroom. :)
LOL everytime I take my oldest son (15, my other son is only 3) school clothes shopping we hit up the Mickey D's. It's kinda tradition at this point. Mama caint shop without her delicious trash bag cheeseburger lmao.

My kids only went to school for the last two months last year so I get the feeling my husband is going to want them to use the same lunch box and backpack but I want to pick out new ones! It's so much fun. I love all of Harmony's girly stuff. Unfortunately with baby Evan you are going to have a much harder time finding stuff for him. I have such a hard time finding stuff for my son sometimes that I decide not to buy anything for my daughter either because I don't want him to feel left out.
I was pregnant in the summer time in Texas back in 2018 I would always get a big bowel filled with ice water no matter what I did my feet was always in it. It sounds odd but it helped keep me cool, made the heat a little more bearable. She’s is so loved.. I hope she has a good year at school

It's too hot to go outside and do anything and actually be able to enjoy yourself In this damn heat !! I've just been staying inside my air conditioned apt !!
