I absolutely love how the game gives you a last chance to turn back and restock medals in case you chose to skip optional levels. That is a straight up smart way to encourage the player to find more lives in bonus rounds and work towards skills, abilities and upgrades. Especially considering this final level is Eggman land but infinitely better
Shit's incredibly frustrating in a first run, but on future replays it's so fun, I've kind of mastered the game by now and I sometimes go back to this stage because it's both challenging and long.
SS reflections? Is that why i can't seem to make it up 16:30 {in the switch Version; every time I try to do the way everyone else does it timing the dash my momentum is cut short and i get knocked off the wall}
People had issues with this level? Yeah i lost all my lives on the first try but the second time i only died once. Also for those winding roads the trick is to actually slow down so you dot immediately go flying off when you turn. You can do that by hitting the dash button. I think its actually the only way to clear the last ribbon road.(The one where you dive down a steep incline). I tried doing it without dashing cause as soon as the road turne and you turn you go zooming off lol. Hope this helps
There's a way to defeat any boss in any game it's called defeat the illusion of complexity the force that's holding you back and restraining you then you will see a whole new side of what REAL LIFE really is.

Giving you the illusion of being a god is exactly what Clarity wanted. Reality is not something changeable. It doesn't matter if you accept reality as it is or not, it doesn't need you or anyone else to be real.
My first attempt of this level, I thought it was an abysmal finale. Died a whole bunch, got a game over. My 2nd attempt a day later, for some reason, I surprisingly did way better and only lost 2 lives. Weird af but I'm not salty anymore
Wow the PC version looks way better. I played the Switch version and the resolution is so low, it almost feels like a stylistic choice to make it look "classic" lmao
God i hate this level. i was at this part 17:49 with zero lives because of the second half of the level (2:44) but i fell because i didn't have a enough speed. (also i was playing on a keyboard i don't have a controller) it's not even just that this level is hard it just never ends. for the rest of the game you had unlimited lives and they just take it away for no reason so i was just questioning why other than to make the level harder i guess. it's still would have been challenging with unlimited lives too it would have been a test of patience. since i have to do this ALL OVER again i don't want to play this game anymore. call me a noob or whatever i don't care. i just don't feel like doing this all over again, it's too long. i'm just gonna stick with the base game levels their more fun.

Honestly they should’ve just made this another world and actually made hard levels instead of just boringly raise the difficulty with a lives system. Like most of the level is just long empty roads, they could’ve done so much more.
The 'turn off screen space reflections to avoid annoying flicker' area
Really love this final area, and the reason triggered flicker was because how the huge of this longest area to reach finish.

@@shady5595 Nope I didn't complexity is an illusive force blocking your higher intelligence.
