Ingredients:
3 Kilos Medium Galungong
For the Marinating Mixture:
1 Cup Soy Sauce
½ Cup Barbeque Sauce with Hickory Flavor
2 Tbs Salt
2 Tbs Black Pepper Powder
2 Tbs Paprika Powder
2 Tbs Garlic Powder
1 Big Lemon or 10pcs Calamansi
2 Tbs Anato Powder

Ang tamang process po ng pag brime is dapat fully submerge sa brime solution para ma achieve natin ang full results
One way of making tinapa.
1. Wash the fish first
2. Soak in brime solution
3. Steam in low heat for atleast 30-40 mins.
4. Smoke it using your steamer using charcoal ,oil, rice grains or wood chip. Depends on u.. smoking gives the best taste of tinapa Smoky flavor which relatively taste like ham, but in a fish dish.thank me later.

Hello! Meron halong tubig yung marinate na pang-steam, make sure na enough yung water para sa 1hr na steaming. Salamat :)

Hi! Hindi ko na tinatanggalan ng hasang mga ginagawa ko, basta fresh ang isda at hugasang mabuti and ibabad sa water with lots of salt.

Yung bbq sauce with hickory flavour kasi ang magbibigay ng lasang usok sa tinapa kasi nga sa stove lng natin ito steam. Pero pwd ka naman gumamit ng ibang bbq sauce.

Sorry po sa comment ko but I would say this is not a smoked fish but rather purely or simply steamed fish. Tinapa is basically passed thru a smoke process & not steam. Smoking & steaming are not same process. In smoking you use a solid material to produce the smoke while steaming you simply use a liquid mixture. Just expressing my thoughts.

Dito kasi sa Dubai sa mga flats lahat may smoke detector, strict ang government dito, kaya sa Park at sa desyerto lang pwd mag ihaw, magBBQ, kaya gunawa ako ng paraan kung paano gumawa ng tinapa gamit ang steamer, with the correct ingredients ay kuha ko naman ang lasa ng tinapa (sa pausok).
