When I heard the song for the first time, I almost broke down in tears. Some artist touch you in deepest of your heart & Pat is one of the artist that has the magic!!
Hi good people. I can't help it but what I can say is that the tears can't stop running down my face when i hear such sounds. In those days the full band will be in stage, the players of instruments would dress and prepaee for the occasion . The instruments just had the element of bringing hope that was late 80's till 90's. In school we would sing such songs during break times. It just reminds me of this big camp that produced Splash, By4, Penuel Kunene , Dalom kids and Matshikos. Such music was a part of transition between old era and new era in South Africa and it remains the part of us. Great work.
There's just something about this song that gets me dancing to it. Reminds the very first time my father took me to Johannesburg, we were playing this album for a 3 hours drive, the excitement of going to a big city for the first time. Those were the days!
Aiyee man, I still have a cassette tape of the full album and when I play this song I want to go back to that time when everyone was happy with everybody.
Lady disco, her voice has the fashion of a soothing touch, drives my heart between joy and sorrow, throws my mind into nostalgia, sweet-sour memories. RIP Queen. Namibian fan.
So said that it's no longer about talent🥺 and these artists rely on computers talking about singing and producing, as a result they sound so bad when they are doing live perfomences🚮
@Mokgosi, thank you so much. Where would we be without you, Admore and Christopher? The videographers/cameramen are not capturing PK ‘Mastermind’ in this performance. Thy don’t know he is the mastermind. Pat is beautiful and the Smash Boys on top of voices and game.
Thank you to my little brother Malvin Petso for playing this song a thousand times and getting me hooked ❤ I love this song🥰 and it reminds me so much of our dad, may he continue resting 🕊️🙏.
