Schizophrenia can be SO scary to have when you think about it. It causes you to turn against the people who have helped and supported you the whole way through, and you just felt like it will never go away. But the most important thing to remember is that you have A LOT of people who will always have your back no matter what. Don’t let your schizophrenia get in the way of your LIFE.

at the end when she said “i have schizophrenia” i started to cry because i find it hard to tell people i’m developing it because i fear they’ll leave me and spread stuff about me. today i was hearing things and started to cry and i had to walk out of class because people were asking what was wrong and it just became overwhelming

I really love this short film and I feel like it was inspired by the Russell Crowe movie A BEAUTIFUL MIND. Brooke and Katherine were fantastic. I really like how this film explores themes like mental illness, friendship, family, betrayal and paranoia.
Caitlin is a very understanding person, she doesn't make fun of others and tries to help them. As shown with the interaction with the autistic girl, however she becomes more disturbed over time. Sometimes those who understand need others to understand them too.
I can kind of relate to Caitlin, as sometimes I just picture myself in a different world where I am completely nonexistent, and that everything I do is completely ignored. Everyone is completely oblivious to me, as if I don’t exist. And that means I’ll have NO ONE to talk to, or get ANY support from.
And this could compare to an earlier reason on why I’m planning to end my life next month. Especially because soon, there’ll be no one left for me to talk to anymore. 2024 has been a very bad year to me, and I have a feeling 2025ms gonna be even worse.

It's really tough that some girls at school are unkind because of my disability. Thankfully, there are still some who are nice, but it's hard dealing with the negativity from others.

I've read about schizophrenia, and I even have a friend who has schizophrenia. Unfortunately, my friend's schizophrenia makes her a psycho she's completely crazy, and she's refused therapy medication or whatever that can help her. I first heard about schizophrenia from the Slender Man Stabbing. This girl Morgan Geyser stabbed her best friend Peyton Lightner 19 times in order to please a fictional character Slender Man. It's a miracle Peyton survived, Morgan was charged with attempted first-degree, and her accomplice Anisa was charged with second-degree attentional homicide. Morgan was diagnosed with schizophrenia which she inherited from her father who also has schizophrenia. Morgan's schizophrenia causes her not to know reality from fantasy. Morgan was sentenced to 40 years in a mental hospital while her accomplice Anisa got 25 years in the same mental hospital and then was released six years later.
This has to be by far my fav video you have made. I am not someone who suffers from schizophrenia, but i do suffer from bpd which sometimes has me feeling paranoid, or stress induced auditory hallucinations. I am glad to see such great representation of such a disorder. Please continue to make videos like this. It is great awareness for such a painful disorder.

Unfortunately, my friend's schizophrenia makes her a psycho she's completely crazy, and she's refused therapy medication or whatever that can help her. I first heard about schizophrenia from the Slender Man Stabbing. This girl Morgan Geyser stabbed her best friend Peyton Lightner 19 times in order to please a fictional character Slender Man. It's a miracle Peyton survived, Morgan was charged with attempted first-degree, and her accomplice Anisa was charged with second-degree attentional homicide. Morgan was diagnosed with schizophrenia which she inherited from her father who also has schizophrenia. Morgan's schizophrenia causes her not to know reality from fantasy. Morgan was sentenced to 40 years in a mental hospital while her accomplice Anisa got 25 years in the same mental hospital and then was released six years later.

This has to be by far my fav video you have made. I am not someone who suffers from schizophrenia, but i do suffer from bpd which sometimes has me feeling paranoid, or stress induced auditory hallucinations. I am glad to see such great representation of such a disorder. Please continue to make videos like this. It is great awareness for such a painful disorder.
