@@Dmgolfer22 yea the problem is, msot do a lot of side shoulder exercises and bench pressing and overhead press..thats a lot of front and side delts...but if you are not doing pull ups often and other high rowing exercises...your rear delts wil lget underdeveloped comapred to your front and side delts. and yea, jsut 1 rear delt exercise a week is not enough..at least 2 times a week or more exercises specifically for the rear delts... it is the same for forearms,calves, traps, hamstrings...the most underdeveloped once...also triceps is mostly worked out lateral and medial but not the long head... some parts are mostly forgotten somehow :D for guys its for sure mostly lower body and rear delts,because everyone is doing bench press, biceps curls, triceps push downs, dips, rows..

I thought Larry was going to upload a series of epic videos from the trip, and that’s why he was taking many days to upload, but it was just one video of the Ermes vs Vitali sparring and that’s it. Not mentioning or showing that Levan was there, that there were some pretty cool super matches happening, that many world class arm wrestlers gathered all together in one place in that pretty epic meeting etc etc. And now just the regular bodybuilding video. Honestly I’m getting to know and see more of what’s actually happening through Derek’s channel

I like that rear delt starter instead of a finisher idea. It makes alot of sense because that's usually how rear delays ends up just a shaping exercise.
Yep. I always start with extremely high volume rear delt excersizes & it really makes the heavier press workouts easier because my shoulders are thoroughly warmed up along with my upper back
I always start my shoulder routine with incline bench press, has worked out pretty well for me. Warms up the shoulder, the chest, the joints, the elbows...gets the blood in there + it's great for size and overall strenght.
Look at the separation between the insertion of Andrew's Medial Delt and the origin of his Brachialis!! It's beyond "separation," it's a deep crevice! Insane.

Bodybuilders should,never start with front delts. Rear and mid are much more important. You will get a lot of fromt delt volume from chest exercises.
