I wanted a cedar post in my frontroom to use as hat,& coat rack .I came up with that idea in my mind when my son& I was cutting down some cedar trees for a customer. Still haven't gotten one. He had a sawmill and cut it to use for panel stripes for his frontroom and hall enter way.
Great idea to have a spot like this out in the woods, by a creek. I grew up near a place like this. And that's where my fondest family memories of my Dad are. 🌿 *The windows are everything, and will allow great use of sunlight. Love your cedar and the interior wall planks too.
