If no one else says it, I will: Mr. O looks like he'd never use a Platinum Preppy. Brian's 'OMG' looks at the camera are priceless.

This is an absolutely amazing interview! David is so knowledgeable and shows a complete sense of awareness and ease in diving into the details, and yet being completely aware of the comprehension that the listener possesses, that he never loses you. Now, if I only had $5,900 . . .

I had the honor of meeting Mr. Oscarson at the Dallas Pen Show in September 2023. He was very friendly and he dress very nicely.

Great interview, now I want an DO pen. I collect watches and I understand the complicated process of Guilloche and enameling used on hi-end timepiece dials. When you buy a pen like this you are not really buying a pen, instead you are buying art.

I'm not the complainer type but the out of focus image of the pens when they are talking drives me crazy.
(I do realize that it is no easy task to fix it and I really enjoy your content and amazing customer service)

This gentleman's teeth are whiter than a Clairefontaine triomphe sheet !
By the way these pens really are masterpieces, they even make Montblanc special editions look dull.

Unbelievable!! I’m totally blown away. These are real works of art, and I’ve got to have one. Thanks so much for this video! Great explanation of the details of the craftsmanship.

What a treat to watch this video and hear about David Oscarson and the process by which these gorgeous pens are made!!! I will never be able to purchase one of these pens but it doesn't mean I can't totally enjoy seeing them and hear how they are made. They are surely each a work of art and I am sure they are worth every bit of the price!!! Thank you very much for the video!!!

I'm really lost in the art of this pen. This is the most beautiful and artistic pen I've seen. I think this is going to be my next investment but first I've to make a choice which one! I like them all!

Awesome work, and if I owned one I'd be gazing upon it with a magnifying glass instead of writing. Unfortunately I was planning on going for the "Harlequin" model and GPC doesn't carry that one, so it looks like there is just another Lamy Safari in my near future. 😔

Mr. Oscarson seems as interesting and faceted as his pens. Would have enjoyed hearing more about his history and his family. I also found myself distracted, hoping for a close up of his wedding ring...it looked really interesting! Beautiful works of art! Congrats on the launch.🌻

A little suggestion. The man should get someone to work on his website. The pens are stunning. The website really doesn't do justice to such great pieces of art.

Budgeting now...... applying for two side jobs..... and selling off whatever I can..... I'm going to give my little one an heirloom he'll be nervous to be no less careless of. Its original box will have a box...............that has a box...... all just to take it out and sign my name.

The audio is very low on this vid. I don't know if it's because of the mic setup or the mixing but it's too quiet. I can always turn my volume down to zero but I can't turn it passed the max. Louder is better.

18:58 What the hell does the US flag on a Magna Carta pen? Or even the Union Jack? The USA were over 560 years away and even the Union Jack didn't exist back then. If your urge to tell you're an american is that big, fine. But don't you dare doing so on a 'Magna Carta' pen.
