I've had the good fortune of going to Ireland twice and the one thing I noticed was the size of the cows there. They are MASSIVE !!!!!!!! The reason Irish beef is so good is unlike here in America their cows aren't shot up with growth hormones,so you get a much flavorful tasting beef.Plus you know the cows drink a Guinness or two every now and then.
Where's their tummy? Cows need a big fat belly to digest all that grass (which was much too short, by the way). That means they must be getting fed lots of grain and silage (expensive, eating up all your profit ) i bet they were just put on this grass for the photo op.
