I’m gonna try the painters tape idea! I think you need to try again and apply it using the hinge method. Search for a video…. It’s hard to explain but makes applying vinyl sooo easy!

My favorite is the Life is better at the farm...I would love to have one like that that says Life is better in the country for my second home my mom left me when she passed away. That place is truly my heaven on earth! You probably already know this but Sammie at Unicorn Dust Designs Puts shellac on previously stained or painted wood to prevent any bleed through before she paints. Have a wonderful day.
I think the first one would. have looked better without the stenciled sides were not distressed. You can get the crystal knobs at Hobby Lobby and a lot of the time they are on sale. Also I have actually seen the crystal knobs at Dollar Tree.
