in JOINS sql takes each records from 1st table with whatever condition mentioned in ON clause and keeps checking every records in 2nd table till the end.
so suppose i have 3 rows in 1st table and 10 rows in 2nd table then it will check 30 times 3x10. thats how joins work whether you use INNER, LEFT, RIGHT, OUTER, SELF
