Every day I have been asking the good lord to get this dude of his high horse, have him promoted out, move to something else , win the lottery and quit or even get fired .. thank you, lord, for finally answering my prayers, sooner than I expected and with finality. dude and his dad bod are going down. I hope I will be able to do a 5-minute rant on him after., the same way he pontificates on everyone and our sports teams and individuals.
I did it 3 times with a corporate team in 2011, 2012 and 2013, each time under 17 minutes, with my time in 2013 the fastest at 16 min and 30 sec (at 55 years of age). It was hard but I felt great at the end each time. And yes, after they get your official time there are still a few more flights to go.
also when you think you are done climbing and they give you your time, there are a few more flights to climb to the level where the elevators are. I recall saying " wtf! more stairs!"

Dear Sid, please do lots of practice stairs every day BEFORE the climb. I've done it 3 times and it's very different set of muscles!
