I have recently lost 15 K in here months with intermittent fasting which just seems to fit my body. I fast for 18 hours and eat for about 5 hours. But I thank you very much for reminding me about eating more vegs and fruits. Thanks 🙏 I will remedy this from tomorrow. I also need to drink more water. I am 77 years young and I have started walking about 30 and sometimes more minutes minutes every day I am also swimming and using the stationary bike and the treadmill as I have recently moved into a building with a pool and a gym. 8 months ago I had COVID and was ill for six weeks and a, slowly building up. My strength. Some days are better than others but I am trying to build good habits.

You said 9 to 13 serving of veggies a day. That’s 9 to 13 cups right? Isn’t a cup a serving? Is that 9 to 13 cups of fruits too? That’s impossible for me to eat.

I have a question I work 12 hour shift from 6PM to 6AM 3 to 4 days a week, it takes a hour to get to work, so I want to eat healthy but how can I do it if I sleep from 7:30AM TO 3PM, can I eat chicken, ham,turkeys, beef, and can I eat chicken alfredo
@Debby Graves...I noticed nobody responded to you...hope they will respond if I'm wrong for sure....but for me it I was working these hours...I would take a healthy meal with me to work and not eat again until about the same time....but I normally eat once every 24-72 hours and I alternate...but I'm working on getting well and am healing...once I accomplish what I'm doing I might eat 2-3 meals a day...I think you have to do what's best for you and your situation and health...there is not a plan that fits all program that I have found as yet...I wish God's Blessings for you...best thing for everyone is leave the junk foods and GMO foods alone the best you can because those things makes us sick look at those things as dung I'msure that will make you keep a distance😁...

Prep and cut up raw veggies and grill your chicken breast or salmon and pre pack your lunches and snacks
