It is definetly bed/wall bugs, they bite and spread fast. They most likely come from the drawers, and then go on the clothes. I would recommend you wash all the stuff you put in the drawers and never use the drawers at hotels ever again, keep your clothes in your luggage.

I went to school for this so it honestly is more like a passion for me. I give you a lot of props for recording video right as you wake up. I would have to wait to be clear and functional.
