Some of the neigrihms nurses are extremely rude and irresponsible.. they sleep during their night duty and when woken up, if the patient requires them, they get flustered saying "this is not your state!" like if they are only meant to treat patients from Meghalaya... (based on my personal experience) but okay, neigrihms is still the best in north east India.
I was told by some sincere taxi drivers that .. inorder to drive taxi well...they (may not be all) take English speaking class. This speak of something about their good advance culture
