Thank you very helpful, and informative video, well done. I just assembled my new Engwe Engine Pro yesterday and had the fault code 25 error. I pulled the controller out of it and disconnected one of the brake sensor wires, I got lucky with the first connector and found it to be the left brake lever, and this allowed me to at least get a test ride. With this new found information I'll reattach the connector, and try making this adjustment. Thanks again for your help!
Thanks for the video. I went out on my bike a couple of days ago and lost all power, so had to cycle home with zero electric. Looked in the menu and found error code 25. And it was the front brake that had issues. Have now backed off the sensor, and so far all seems good

Ryan when do I need to charge battery (a) after every ride to keep it toped up (b) just before charge indicator reads 1 LED light bar
I had that problem a month ago. When i put it back in I left it a bit lose like that and iv had no problems since.
Do u think if mine isn’t even acknowledging it I would turn it in 🤔
I'm turning YOU into The Grammar Police! :p
Shouldn't you gradually back it off till the error goes away, and then slightly past for optimum adjustment !
Noisy hub drive motor !
