it's actually not though, most of them are him being actually nice, some are him TRYING to be nice but fucking it up in his own Daffy ways, and a minority are him being fake nice.

Most times he was trying to be nice, he didn't truly mean it. He mostly was trying to fit in somewhere or trying to get something out of it, or even making things worse. But he did have some real nice moments.

I know that daffy is supposed to be a jerk and I grow up with some episodes from the original show but this is an intresting take to the character. I mean yeah he still is a jerk in some occassions but his relationship with tina, his friendship with bugs and the father figure that he is to gossamer are really nice . So ,I think that the show did a really good job with daffy and the other characters

One of the things I like about this show is that it managed to undo decades of character-assassination. Daffy was treated like garbage for such a long time; so, it's very cathartic to see him reinvented as a lovable scamp.
