Good video, but I would say one thing based on my experience for 6+ years in small scale Indian Service based companies that only a fool fall in this trap of retention.
I know I am using harsh word like "fool" but people who believe in retention in Service based companies are Fools.

My pan card or adhar card is update in udyog adhar so it will count in dual employment????
I checked udyog adhar website it's showing certificate valid 30 April 2022 please advice

Hi Manish, lets say if resigned form tcs now and after notice period I didn't get any offer means if i revoke my papers then can you let me know like is there any cooling period in tcs where I have to wait before dropping my papers again?

Hi,
Directly to nahi daal sakte. The process is your manager will inform your location RMG and then RMG will inotitate transfer to the destination location.
Toh RMG ke through hi jaati hai request.

Hi,
Yes kar deta hai agar bgc fail ho jaaye toh.
And agar training multiple chances ke baad bhi clear na ho tab bhi kar deta hai.
